1. Acceptance

By accessing CheatsVault or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use CheatsVault.

3. License

A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for the duration of your subscription. You may not resell, share, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or sublicense any product or key.

4. Acknowledgement of risk

Game modifications may violate the terms of service of the games they are used with and can result in penalties including account suspension or bans. You use our products at your own risk. We do not guarantee that any product is or will remain undetected.

5. Payment & subscriptions

Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions grant access for the stated period. Payment is processed by third-party providers; we do not store card details.

6. Delivery

License keys are delivered electronically to your account after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to keep your account and keys secure.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or leak keys or products;
• initiate fraudulent chargebacks;
• abuse, threaten, or harass our staff or community;
• use the products for any unlawful purpose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these terms, without refund where the breach warrants it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheatsVault is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including account bans, arising from use of our products.
