We want you to get what you paid for. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.

When a refund applies

If a product you purchased is not working as described and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit.

When it does not apply

Refunds are generally not available for:

change of mind after a working key has been delivered and used;
account bans or penalties from the game (see our Disclaimer);
misuse, sharing, or breach of the Terms of Service.

How to request

Open a ticket on our Discord or contact Support with your order details. We review requests promptly.

Crypto payments

Crypto payments are refunded in store credit or to a wallet you provide, at the equivalent value on the refund date.
