Setup is quick. Bind silent aim to a spare key like Mouse 4 so your normal trigger finger stays clean, leave it on nearest bone, and keep the FOV tight. A narrow cone on Factory or Labs beats a wide one that drifts to the wrong target.
Switch on price-based colour for loot and set the lowest-price filter around 20,000 roubles so the floor of Interchange isn’t a sea of bolts and screws.
